ANNUAL EVENTS AND CELEBRATIONS

40 Days Fasting and Praying (LENT)
Ash Wednesday for us as a church marks the beginning of 40 days of Fasting and Praying, also commonly known as "Lent", the end of which leads into the Holy week and marks the beginning of our retreat programme.

Retreat Week
Our retreat programme begins on Monday of the Holy week and finishes on Easter Monday. The ‘Retreat Week’ is exactly what it implies, "A Drawing Back". It offers individuals and groups the opportunity to withdraw from the hustle and bustle of everyday life for that period and to enter into the presence of the Lord.

Anniversary Celebration
Each year we celebrate the birth of the ministry in the UK. As the ministry’s Anniversary is a special occassion, this takes the form of a programme of activities which can last for a week or more and this normally includes debates, symposium, concert nights and revival services; culuminating in the Thanksgiving Service on the 1st Sunday in August.

3 days End of Year Fasting and Praying
The last 3 days of the year 29th, 30 & 31st of December are the days set apart by the ministry to thank the Lord for the year that is drawing to an end and to ask the Lord for the infilling of the Holy Spirit to enable us to accomplish all that He has earmarked for us in the coming year.
